Turbo Tax works for me.

I think Turbo Tax is organized so that it makes doing your tax return very easy. I also like the fact that you can work on your return and stop and save it at any time and then start over when you get the chance. I have been using Turbo Tax for at least five years and plan on continuing using it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through your return.
What's not so great: Some of the questions can be confusing.

This the easiest way that I know for getting your taxes done. They go step by step on how to get all the credit you earned on your taxes.
What's great about it: I liked the steps to get the most savings.
What's not so great: I liked it all.

Takes you threw all aspects of your return. Guides you threw the difficult parts and always someone to ask for help. Some items take a little resurch but Turbo Tax provides the info as you go.
What's great about it: Guised you threw all aspects. Even the difficult 1099's

Overall, a very good product. Was easy to start and step thru. This was the first year that I automatic downloaded the W2 info and e-filed and the process worked great. It was very simple and easy to use. I got a little bogged down on the charitable donations. I had a lot of different gifts to a number of different organizations, and it was cumbersome to capture all of the detail accurately. Also, I gave an item as a charitable donation, and it was not listed in the area to assign a value, so I had to go look it up on ebay.
What's great about it: The step-by-step process and ability to go back and easily find any place to edit
What's not so great: Need more choices in charitable deduction - for specific items

So easy, a caveman could do it

This was my first experience with TurboTax and it was great! I filed both my federal and state returns with swagger and finesse. Plus I earned about 3 weeks worth of pay for an hour of work. Not bad
What's great about it: step by step instructions were easy to follow
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and Easy

Very fast and easy to use. I really like the fact that it loads my previous returns to make things go quickly and smoothly. The ability to get help from every screen is quite beneficial. It was nice to be able to see a quick definition without having to go to a completely different page and come back. A very good tool
