overall, good software, will use it again...
What's great about it: easy data entry flow
What's not so great: it's deductable lacked a few items (air hockey table)

Great Experience

I've used TurboTax in the past and decided to come back to it this year. It seems to become better and better each year. It is a little more work to do your own taxes compared to having someone prepare them for you, but this way I save a substantial amount of money and it is always fun to see your total refund go up as you are filling in your information.
What's great about it: The software walked me through step by step. Very easy to use.
What's not so great: None

Will never use a tax preparer again

Loved it! Had used a tax preparer for 14 years and only turned to Turbo after he retired and many told me that Turbo was great -- they were all correct.
Now that I entered all my information this year, next year should be simpler.
What's great about it: step-by-step guide and could keep closing and going back to where I left off
What's not so great: Had trouble with entering a state pension that is tax free

Fast, Easy & Accurate

This is my third year of using Turbo Tax. The ease and accuracy is fantastic. What used to take me a full weekend to do now takes a few hours. Love it!
What's great about it: Easier than paper forms
What's not so great: need a computer and internet connection

I really like turbo tax and trust the program...they lead along the recommended and expected answers and question you when you do answer as expected. Affordable.

Straightforward and to the Point!

Turbo Tax is the best! This is my 5th consecutive year with Turbo Tax! Quick and to the point. I really enjoy the way that it compares this year's information to last year's information. I like the way it searches for updates to make sure that your return is up to date. I like the way that it quickly prepares both the federal and the state returns!! I'm a loyal Turbo Tax supporter!!
What's great about it: step by step questions, compares with last years!
What's not so great: having to pay for a state e-file

Each year Turbo tax seems to get better. Easy to follow steps, great help along the way, very organized on helping put the information in. A great product.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps, great guidance along the way, easy process, remembers all the data from prior year return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
