I would recommend this to everyone. Better than Tax-for-Dumbies.
What's great about it: It walked me through everything I needed. I feel very good that it was as complete as possible.
What's not so great: Can't think of con to this program.

This is the fifth year my wife and I have used turbo tax and the ability to transfer info year after year is very helpful. I only wish that if you had something on the year before but wasn't on this years return it would red flag you to call attention to it so you could double check to make sure you didn't forget something that occurs yearly

Walks you through

I have used Turbo Tax the past several years. I like that it walks me through each step asking questions. I never did understand why it asked this year for the initial amount of IRA after taking my annual contribution amount.
What's great about it: Asks the questions to input information correctly
What's not so great: Not all question were necessary

Easy as always

I've been using TT for about 10 years, and the product hasn't let me down. My return is fairly simple most years. Every once in a while I run into a question that I have to go to the support community to ask - this is still better than paying big bucks to a "pro".
What's great about it: Step by step, easy to manage
What's not so great: Can't tell if things get erased
