Gets better every year

I've used this product for over 10 years. really needed it when I had my own business. Now I use it because it makes filing simple, easy, and it conneces to all my financial institutions.
What's great about it: Simple, easy, leads me through the process, connects to all my financial institutions, provides an audit trail on paper
What's not so great: would like to be able to print cofirmation screen after submission

If you are not running your own business and do not have an elaborate investment portfolio then doing your own taxes could not be any easier.
And even if you did I think the guide would walk you through that as well.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. To me there is nothing more comprehensive and user friendly on the market. I never stress about doing my taxes. Help is just a click away!!
What's great about it: Quick, helpful, very helpful, someone always there to help.
What's not so great: Nothing off the top of my head
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't ask for an easier, more intuitive way to file! Can file my return in my PJs while watching a little TV--no need to hunt for forms or find time in my busy schedule to meet with a preparer!
What's great about it: confused or need clarification? answers were just a mouse click away!

So Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax since 1992 when I had my first complicated return. Since then my taxes are a little simpler, but I loved using Turbo Tax so much that, even though I could do them myself, I still use Turbo Tax. It gives me peace of mind that all areas have been covered, and all the right questions have been asked.
What's great about it: No worries, and I trust that everything is covered.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of

Easy process

Overall it is a very easy process to use and saves lengthy inputs. I have used for almost ten years and I am please with all returns and saves keeping piles of paperwork as files can be saved electronically
What's great about it: Walk through questions and less stress
What's not so great: Not sure where some of figures on return came from after input

Turbo Tax is a great program and easy to use. I was able to wrap up my taxes in about an hour! :)
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step
What's not so great: I had to pay into the state. :)
