Turbo Rocks

Turbo is easy and I use it for the entire family. It is a family affair, everyone comes over and does their taxes one at a time and we get to have family time too.
What's great about it: easy, clear and patient
What's not so great: would like to turn off state if not needed

MY Turbotax

All a whole the program was easy to mavigate, but in places the programs went back to the higher level, where a simple "Is there more items to be inputed would have been better?" Addon your review requirements need work
What's not so great: The flow of questions, there was too many reduncites.

I tried another tax return and like this one better. I found out that it is better to purchase the actual program from a retailer than downloading it online because it is easier to pull up prior years information. The only problem I had again was with inputting childcare information - had to re-enter several times before it would accept childcare tax id number
What's great about it: easy to use and add information and that it pulls information from last years return
What's not so great: problem with entering childcare information - was looking for last name for a business entity and had to re-enter info

Does a complete Job

Please transfer names and addresses for all 1099s and non-cash deductions from previous year.
PLEASE LET ME PRINT ANY PAGE THAT I WANT WHILE DOING MY TAXES!!
What's great about it: Complete, retains most info from prev year.
What's not so great: Will mnot let me print intermediate screens.

I love this program. Been using it since 1990 and there's nothing that will change my mind about it. It just gets better and better every year.

Easy e-file

I had to call customer service for some advice and help. They advertise that their customer service are professional tax people. However the lady on the phone had little to no tax experience, she had a book to look things up in. She was absolutely wonderful though, she spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me trying everything she could think of to answer my question and then she took time to remember and call me several days later to let me know about an update she had found out about that would help me with my concern. That was both awesome and impressive!!
What's great about it: Customer service awesome, easy and self explanatory
What's not so great: had gliches on EIC and dependants
