2012 Federal Tax Review

A long time user of Turbo Tax (over 20 years). It has really become quite a simple and pleasurable process to file my return. Thanks for all the improvements.
Not required to file a state return, but it seems to ask the question several times even though I opted for no state filing.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: State prompts seem redundant

I have used TurboTax for as long as the product has been out. It is an EASY product to use and I will continue to use it.

Probably the 10th year I've used Turbotax and it never fails to impress. Simple, straight forward. Leads you through the process with very concise steps.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Slightly difficult to return to where you left off

Taxes Made Painless

I've used TurboTax for years and will continue to use TurboTax in the future. It has taken the stress out of filing taxes. I can file taxes myself without paying expensive fees, and it's fast and simple.
What's great about it: So simple, even an old lady like me can do it.
What's not so great: None

Note under life changes, I went through cancer.
What's great about it: Never had an issue
