Works great every year.

I've been using TurboTax every year since 1998 and the software gets exponentially better every year. The sections are well organized with clear and concise choices.
What's great about it: TurboTax gets better every year!

It seemed that the previous years versions were more user friendly.

The easiest e-file ever!

The section on deductions was great. There were so many categories that I would have never remembered if I hadn't been prompted by the TurboTax guided process.
What's great about it: Showed my how to maximize my deductions with things I never would have remembered myself.

Great software. Easy, fast, and user-friendly. Could not have done my taxes any cheaper than that!

What's not so great: It should have played soothing music and had balloons when I finished.

Easy as usual!

Used TT for several years, was only audited one time because the govt. didn't believe my listed contributions. I make average income and itemize deductions that I am eligible for. I don't have a complicated financial situation so I feel TT is right for me. Although it dose cover all the aspect of more advanced situations.
What's great about it: Asked precise and complete questions.
What's not so great: none on this return

Good with a few glitches

Overall the program continues to work well for my needs. This year there was an issue with installing the updates and downloading the state form. Issue was resolved by running program as system administrator.
