So Easy to Use!

I've been using TurboTax for years now. It is very easy to use and very thorough in covering all types of transactions that I've had.
What's great about it: Very thorough guidance, easy to use
What's not so great: none found

Better Every Year

Have used Turbo Tax exclusively for at least the last 10 years. I do not move around and have the same employer, bank accounts, mortgage etc and bringing all of that info forward with 1 click is a time saver.
What's great about it: Simple, Quick and Accurate

Not as good as last year

very frustrating trying to get my state filing forms correct. system kept insisting to add a credit I haven't taken in two years to my current years credits.
What's great about it: The guided tour was excellent as usual.
What's not so great: The state filing guide kept insisting on carrying over a public school credit that I didn't declare this year.

Excellant taxman

I used to spend hundreds of dollars and a lot of anxiety around tax time. For the last 5 years Turbo Tax has made it easy and fast. (Plus a lot cheaper than the tax service I used to use).

Painless Tax Filing

My tenth year using TurboTax. The program has positively influenced the way I keep records all year so I am ready to file in February.

Done with my taxes, relief!

The PIN part was a little confusing, I thought I could use last years' but I don't think I was. To be on the safe side I applied for a new one, needs more clarity in that section.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, no need to be genius.
What's not so great: I can't think of anything bad, I was only confused with the PIN

Kept me civil

I liked the interactive explanations as I proceeded throught my tax return. I also uses the Turbo Tax for my S Corp return and found it to to be clear and intuitive in the instructions given in the tax process.
What's great about it: ease of use through step by step
What's not so great: too long to start up program and i would like to able to print out the tax bar charts as well
