If a person is willing to take the time to find/input their information Turbo Tax is a good option.
What's great about it: Easier than going to a tax preparation office.
What's not so great: I can't think of any.

Gets better every year!!

With every passing year, this product just keeps getting better! All of the tools provided are extremely useful and the error checks, risk of audit and the final reviews keeps one honest.
What's great about it: Easy entry of information, error checks and risk of audit tools are excellent!
What's not so great: In all of the years that I've used TurboTax, I haven't found one.

Always easy and fast. Love that I can keep track of items donated in ITS DEDUCTIBLE and import it when I need it!! Saves soooo much time!
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Takes a while to load
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It's fast easy and not nerve racking as is the whole tax thing. I highly recommend using Turbo Tax to anyone that cares to read this.
What's great about it: Easy, instructional and guaranteed
What's not so great: Getting to be pricey but still less than going to a tax professional

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1997 and have never been disappointed with the refunds. My children have also moved on to use turbo tax and have never had a problem with it either. Easy to use new forms, great instructions.
What's great about it: Easy guidance, great on deductions.
What's not so great: there are none!

Turbo Tax experience was great as usual

I wish I could convince my sisters that this is the easiest way to file their taxes without paying someone to do theirs for them. Maybe I will have better luck this time. Turbo Tax has been a Godsend for me.

I was somewhat disappointed after I went through the whole deduction section, only to find that the Turbo Tax recommended the IRS standard deduction was the better choice.
What's great about it: Worked Very Well
What's not so great: Had some problems with insurance endowment question. Had to go to state tax authority for more info.
