I really like the program, it is easy and intuitive. I would like to see a better ability to go to a specific point (during interview mode) to fix an error and then return to where I was without needing to go through every minute detail inbetween.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: Not easy to go back to a point to fix something and return to where left off

I have used TurboTax each year for at least the past 25 years, and it remains a good and functional tool to our prepare federal and state taxes. The available detail is often helpful, but sometimes does not go far enough to explain exactly what our options are. Also, I have been a bit disappointed when I try to go back "just one step" in some cases and find myself having to start a section all over again. Still, much improved over past years and makes filing of taxes relatively painless.
What's great about it: simple, guided coverage of income and deductions
What's not so great: some flaws in navigation if you want to back up "just a little"

Highly recommend to ALL friends and family as long as they are computer savvy.
What's great about it: As usual, mostly 'user friendly"...very intuitive!
What's not so great: A little more difficult than in past to search for topics
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
