Easy to use.
Easy to find errors.
Importing W2s was great.
Importing the 1099-INT and 1099-DIV data from Fidelity needs more help. For example, if the Interest income = 0 in the 1099-INT or 1099-DIV is not available yet, should give me a message.

What's great about it: I like all forms.
What's not so great: The "Help" is not enough.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I can easily go to the specific area I need. There is no need to go through lengthy explanations. There are even tabs to take you straight to your chosen area. It is so quick!

A solid product for expediting the tax process

This software helps me take the headache out of tax time and it gets even better when you use it 2+ times in a row, since it will import your information from the last year(s). I used to dread tax season, but it really isn't that bad after following their step-by-step guide through all of the intricacies of the tax code.
I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy at-home solution for taxes.
