Cheaper, Not Better

Your program is less user-friendly than in previous years. I had to enter two (2) 1099's by hand. For one of them I had to modify the entered data (which had been taken exactly from my copy of the form) to show that the amount was taxable. To print copies of my return, I had to use Adobe Reader, I couldn't print them from within the TurboTax program itself. I don't really remember exactly how TurboTax worked last year, but I believe these are changes. I was less confident that I could rely on TurboTax to calculate my taxes accurately than I have been in the past, due to the changes in using it. It feels like your program has been cheapened, but it seems like it costs more every year.
What's great about it: Imports information from last year's return.
What's not so great: Wouldn't Import the 1099's for my pensions, Wouldn' print forms from inside the TurboTax program.

Turbo Tax at my Side

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it makes life easy and fun. For the first time we received our investment information electronically, WOW what a time savings and gave me confidence that it is correct!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax keeps you on track
What's not so great: Need secure way to save and guard against hackers

Would love instructions on fixing Review Items/Errors that are easier to understand. Should be as easy as the questions during the filing process. This is my only issue. I have been a Turbo Tax user for about 7 years. Love It!!

I'm sure I would have forgotten something if we weren't prompted for all the info. But I did have trouble going back to enter things I found later. Seemed hard to find the correct pages.
What's great about it: Like that you are prompted for all the info.
What's not so great: Each year seems to change a bit

I have never had a problem with my taxes. I have been using turbo tax for 10 years, even when we moved and had to file multiple states, buying and selling homes.
