there were a few times of confusion that I delt with due to some of the lingo but for the most part the program is pretty clear.
What's great about it: explains things pretty clearly

Turbo Tax is easy and quick to use. Walks you through step by step so you don't make mistakes. Been using this program for 10 years now!

When there were a couple of paragraphs to read it was very condense. I think adding alittle more space between the lines would have aided in readabillity. Other then that I think it was very easy to navigate.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps and quick

Turbo Tax for Dummies

I love Turbo Tax I have used it for the last 10+ years. Each year it gets easier and easier for me to do my taxes. If I don't understand a question I just hit the help button and I get the answer. I may have to read it a few times but the answer is written so that even I can understand.

What's not so great: Some of the self employed items are a bit confusing. I think it is more related to the tax code than turbo tax
