Easy Peasy

I have used Turbo Tax for years! I absolutely love it. I had a few questions about the calculations and talked to a friend who is a CPA, she ran everything through her programs and came up with exactly the same calculations. Will use this program forever more.
What's great about it: Extremely user friendly. The program walks you hand in hand through everything you need.

Very difficult to print from the pdf. Old way was much simpler. I used to be able to do my reports in a few hours. I spent a full day today.
What's not so great: In trying to make it user friendly, you made it harder for people who know what forms they want to use.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 5 years now and love it. So easy to use and the ability to download from financial institutions makes it a breeze to use. All the calculations are done for you. The reviews that are done after each area are also very good. You can review and change as you go if needed. The free audit package is something that is a plus no worries about being audited. they will inter act with the IRS you don't even have to respond to the IRS just contact Turbo Tax auditors and they will take it from there.
What's great about it: This was the easiest program to use. The step by step is easeier thatn going to a Tax consultant.
What's not so great: Thought I had a free e-file for the state but was charged 19 + dollars Not sure why..

I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe since 1997. It makes doing our tax returns as easy as is possible for a geezer when doing a dreaded task!!! The import function carrying over the previous years data and investment losses is invaluable. I always use the Easy Guide so I never miss anything. E-filing is simple and results in quick refunds.
What's great about it: Thoroughness & Ease of Use

This was my first time filing my own taxes. Turbo Tax made the process simple and I feel I got back what I deserved! I especially liked the ability for TT to go to my investments and download the info for me. It was definitely worth the money.
What's great about it: step by step guidance easy to follow
What's not so great: no "how to use" guide with CD

I am a retired CPA and have been using TurboTax since 2005. I wish I had tried it sooner.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to use, accurate with helpful prompts. I am a retired CPA and used to do my own taxes long form.
