I use Turbo Tax every year. It is so easy. I have a lot of quirky deductions and situations, and TurboTax is able to help me with each one of them.
What's great about it: Everything has been thought of
What's not so great: Live chat would be cool

Simple and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax to file my taxes for more than 10 years. They've improved this process so much, now it just takes me about 2 hours from opening to package to completing the e-file. It's so simple, even Timothy Geithner should be able to do this.
What's great about it: Cheap alternative to using an accountant or bookeeper
What's not so great: Takes a bit of time

Saved me money and time. I have used Turbotax for >10 years & have always appreciated the convenience. Just like having a tax specialist right next to me. I found it easy to use even when my husband owned a business, which he sold about four years ago. At the present time the two of us just have W-2's and own our home & have kids in college - and Turbotax is as easy as ever.
What's great about it: Questions were clear & easy to understand & answer.
What's not so great: I would have liked the info from prior years to just transfer over- energy credits & carry fwds, education credits, etc.

Easiest Thing I Have Ever Done

This program is phenomenal. I could easily become a spokesperson for TurboTax. The speed and ease of which you can easily file your taxes is mindblowing. It's even more amazing using their AppStore program as you can easily pay TurboTax for filing your taxes through the AppStore. It's amazing. Took me one hour to file my taxes. I LOVE TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Simplicity and Speed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo Tax is a very user-friendly product that helps you to find every available deduction. I have used this product for the past 10 years and will not use any other Tax program. Great Tax Return Program

Great - love how easy it is to use. I've used Turbo Tax for at least 7 years and can't think of a reason to change.
Took me less than a 1/2 day to do my taxes and I know my refund will be in my bank account soon.
What's great about it: Quick, step-by-step instructions, walks me through it in plain English.
What's not so great: Has never been able to download any information from my financial institutes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
