Excellent as Always!

Seriously, Turbo Tax is an amazing program. Although I'm sure that my taxes aren't as complex as many others, I find the program so simple to use. It answers my questions that arise and I feel confident upon completion yearly. Even though I had some changes this year to add to my taxes, there wasn't any difficulty experienced when I plugged them into the program. THANKS!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so easy and user-friendly! I have been using it since 2005 and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
What's not so great: None

Could not file until Turbo Tax Updates were downloaded.
Nowhere in the instructions was this step ever explained.
This led to a week of frustration. Turbo Tax next year?

Just make it more user friendly and faster.
What's great about it: I can be rest assured that I my info is safe and low audit risk as long as I enter the correct infot. Very interactive.

I love using Turbo Tax, this is an easy way ti file your returns and feel safe knowing it's done right

Could be better

Certain parts of the software were difficult to understand. They put their main effort into the federal section, but state really needs some clarification. I was unable to go back to a document that I had filled out to edit it (and I work on software for a living). Very frustrating and time consuming.
What's great about it: Finally got my taxes done
What's not so great: Not intuitive, could not return to previous document for editing

Easy entry just answer the questions

User of Turbo Tax since 1998 each year its gets better and better. Just answer the questions and provide the numbers in the boxes, don't go getting creative by overriding the boxes. Check and double check, correct missing information, eFile and your are done.
What's great about it: Answer questions and entry the numbers, check, and file
What's not so great: State filing fee should be included with package
