Tax Filing Made Easy

The process is fast and efficient. I have used Turbo-Tax for many years. Updates and improvements are always beneficial.
What's great about it: Review of all possible deductions
What's not so great: Thought the State e-filing was free but was charged.

This year I did not find any confusing steps in working on my return. The process was quick with feedback at every step. I liked that the cost of filing my Federal return electronically was included.
What's great about it: Easy to use with step by step progress
What's not so great: Have to pay for electronic filing of State return

I've been using TurboTax for several years and e-filing for the past three. It continues to be a great tool, allows me to sit down, complete my taxes, file and be done with them in a short period of time. Highly recommend TurboTax.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, no problems.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Have used TurboTax for many years now and, for the most part, have been very happy with it.
What's great about it: mostly quick and easy
What's not so great: had difficulty finding an answer to a question about taxable state refunds.

Tax prep made easy

Overall, this is a great tool. I have used Turbo Tax since 1999. I find it to be useful in obtaining reports and W2's. I would recommend that if e-filing is the future to work with IRS to help subscribers obtain pin numbers. I do not know mine anymore or if I have one since I last e-filed in 2006. I have had to pay since.
I will continue to use this produce as it is the one that is easiest for me to use.
What's great about it: I enjoyed the set up to walk thru the taxes.
What's not so great: some of the commercialism. Also hard to skip non-relevant topics

Turbo tax is the only tax pro I will buy to do my own taxes. It walks me through every step and explains everything there is to know about a question. Plus it covers every duction possible. It is very easy and I love to do my taxes.
What's great about it: walks you through everything
What's not so great: nothing not to like
