Very Easy

Turbo Tax knows the tax rules and regs so you can trust the return to be correct. I like that it brings last years information forward. If your return is a little complicated, it still can be confusing and it helps to have some tax knowledge.
What's great about it: Lead me through the process,
What's not so great: Still need some tax knowledge to complete complicated returns.

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. Love it!! I have no fear using it. I appreciate how it is step by step and I have confidence in the results I get. I like the fact I can do my own taxes hands-on. I very much appreciate being able to go back and change items as I complete my form.
What's great about it: very easy, step by step, thorough.

Just Average compared to prior years

Input data as supported from broker, but Schedule D return shows NOT supplied by broker. Attempts to enter Turbotax Community always result in error message saying error occurred in script and refused me entry. In prior years, there was a phone number to contact a tech for help. No longer. I used Turbotax Deluxe.
What's great about it: Transfer of last years data for comparison
What's not so great: Errors on Schedule D input and Turbotax Community

Quick and Easy!

Overall TurboTax continues to provide me with the quickest and easiest path to successfully filing my tax return. I really appreciate its ability to obtain information from my employer and financial institutions and I feel safe and secure using the software and service.
What's great about it: Guided me step by step through everything I needed.
What's not so great: I always find hitting back after completing the state section confusing.

I have used Turbo tax for over 10 years now and every year even with the tax code getting more complicated, using Turbotax has only gotten easier.

2012 Turbo-Tax

We have consistently used a "tax professional" due to some underlying fear of tax "oddities" we've faced in years past. However, we chose to give TT a shot this year and received virtually the same refund as last year and more once you factor in the $300.00 saved not going to the "professional." Thank TT

Turbo Tax is so intelligent. Could determine errors so easy. and I certainly believe all of it upon review and correction.
