Delux Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax, I was having some trouble last year with Earned Income Credit - I "chatted" with the CPA and he looked up all information for my situation. Assured me that we were correct and gave me all supporting publications.
What's great about it: fast - answer questions, enter dollar amounts
What's not so great: I haven't found one yet after 7 + years

Turbo Tax 12

This is my 4th year using turbo tax. I download last years so most of info is there. I then put in changes for this year and presto!!! I am done.
What's great about it: Walked me through it with ease 4 yr now
What's not so great: Still gota put the data in but you will do that even if you go somware n have it done

It took me one morning to do my taxes using Turbotax. If you could only organize my papers for me. I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years. I have always had a good experience with your program. Thanks for the continued good work on your part.

I have used this program for years and now my children use it. It is easy to follow even when you're not sure what to do. It makes submitting our taxes a little less stressful. I highly recommend this program.
What's great about it: Gives me peace of mind.

Easy and Fast

I love using Turbo Tax. I tried it for the first time last year and now this is the only way I'm going to do my taxes. Instead of sitting with a pencil and calculator, tallying everything up myself, Turbo Tax walks me through the whole process. It's so easy and fast.

Education tax credit decisions are cumbersome and confusing. Form 8863 is a managerie of complex tax jargon and confusing instructions. TurboTax made this navigation easy and painless.
What's great about it: TurboTax provided piece of mind for Education tax credits.

Over all program is great. Would like to see a graduated fee system for additional state filings.
