Excellent

Turbo Tax is so easy to use, they walk you through each step, check for mistakes and help you get the most out of your tax return. There could not be an easier program to get your taxes done yourself. I highly recommend this product.

Easy AS Making Scramble Eggs

Inexpensive, easy to use. consistent from year to year. I have used for about five years and it has always been easy and relatively quick. If you have deductions-----a must.
What's great about it: Just start up, follow instructions, and your taxes are done. Nothing easier
What's not so great: None really. Updating takes a while sometimes, but necessary.

Easy way to file a complex return

This year I had income from four different sources - my regular employer, and three other side jobs. TurboTax was able to help me figure out which of these got filed as regular income and which required filing under a Schedule C. I expect to officially start a business in 2013 and will be looking to Intuit's Quicken 2013 and TurboTax to help me simplify my tax accounting and filing duties.
What's great about it: Handles unconventional income streams well
What's not so great: Complex tax code makes walk-through strategy laborious - but still easier than hand-filing

Idea - let users submit feedback anytime when doing return wo losing their place. I always have feedback as I am going thru preparing, but forget when doing a review:-)
One thought - would be good to have a popup for ESOP stock being taken in lump sum. Nothing was shown on whether to take LT or ST. Took LT based on TT forum which was good. Could have been quicker with help by field for selecting ST or LT. So, better help by field entry in general would be good:-)

Easy to use and fast. Very easy instuctions, my child was able to process hers with ease, and this was her first time to file.

I've been using turbotax for over 10 years...Its wonderful and the transfering ability to move all important data from last years return save many hours of data entry....Love the program.The cost is great for what you get....

Easy Returns!

Loved using turbo tax to do my tax returns this year! First time using it & found it quick and easy. Turbo Tax made doing my tax return so much easier by taking me through step by step. Will definitely use again next year!
