It seemed hard to find an area when I had to quit and go back and add data to my tax forms that were not completed on the first time through. Things I skipped should be marked so that I can look at that part later.
What's not so great: Could not print the page that told me my e-file had been sent along with the date

Quick and painless (almost)

I have a decently complex return to file, but TurboTax made things quick and easy. Importing from last year helped a lot, and good explanations were given to areas that I was unsure about.
What's great about it: Help when I needed it
What's not so great: Still had to pay

overall a great product. easy to use and fast to complete.
I have a file named tax receipts. Come this time of year I just pull it out and start Turbo Tax. A few hours later, I'm done! Better than going to an accountant or some tax firm that will charge 3x as much.
See you again next year.
What's great about it: prompted me for what it needs and I just do data entry
What's not so great: sometimes it took several tries for the program to load

Longtime user will continue to use Turbotax

Overall I have been a dedicated user of Turbotax for 10-15 years. Even with complicated things like itemizing medical expenses and sometimes small business expenses I have always been able to be confident that I was finding all the deductions I could and I have never had a problem with the IRS.
What's great about it: I have been able to use Turbotax for 10-15 years even with itemizing medical expenses.
What's not so great: Once in awhile there will be some term I would like clarification on that doesn't have any.

Easy way to do taxes

Turbo Tax is a great product that makes filing your tax returns easy. I recommend it for everyone regardless of your tax knowledge.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Very helpful.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product-complete confidence

I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 20 years and am convinced of its value. Several years ago I paid an accountant to validate my return and the differences were small to insignificant. The program is easy to use and produces an accurate return. Over the years some features have been added others dropped, for example I am unable to find current year tax planning in the 2012 version. In addition I would prefer to pay one price for my tax preparation, so when the federal filing and state filing feesvwere included in the price of Turbo tax is made lefe a bit easier.
What's great about it: Ease of use, convenient filing, accuracy, error checking
What's not so great: awkward startup, separate billing for state return

Oh Yeah!!!

I liked knowing that tax information was checked and re-checked for accuracy. I also liked knowing that Turbo Tax knew what could and more importantly, could not be entered onto the tax return's information! I have confidence in this product and have used it for several years now!!! And now it's over for yet another year!
What's great about it: Quick, easy to follow format, allowed you to decide what/where to go.
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind...

Excellent refund software!!!

I've used this software for 4 years and it always amazes me how easy it is compared to having the old calculator and filling out all the forms manually. I will continue to use this over and over again!
What's great about it: Easy to use, efficient, and great returns always.
What's not so great: constantly not responding and having to wait for it to work again.
