I enjoy using Turbo Tax every year. When I have to work on income from different states turbo tax makes it simple! Thank youi Turbo Tax. I will be using you in the future.

TurboTax I am in to it

I have used Turbo tax for more than 10 years ad will continue to do so in the future as it elliminates the druggery of doing it manually and trying to understand Uncle Sam's instrutions as well as knowing, obtainig and completing all the required forms. In the past I would spend more time finding out what forms are needed and ontaining them than it takes to complete my return usingTurbo Tax.
What's great about it: Worls like a conversation while walking
What's not so great: Slow to boot up

My two cents

I would suggest that when we click on the " next " or the " "continue " box that it be brighter or maybe a different color.
Sometimes older eyes have a difficult time to distinguish if the color has changed after clicking it.
Otherwise I am very pleased with the product. That is the reason I have been using it for over ten years .
What's great about it: Excellent product. Easy to follow. Good coverage

Michigan State Tax is tricky

A minor difference in the way I coded my pension income resulted in a massive difference in my Michigan State return. I originally owed nearly $1700... when I went to the user community, I found that others had had the same problem, and described how to correct it. Result was that I don't owe anything to Michigan. There needs to be a test in the state return checks that catches this error! I only discovered that there was a problem after I did my state return BY HAND as a double check. Not why I buy tax software!!!
What's not so great: Need more careful instructions for State.

excellent product but....

Love the program and easy to follow steps. Needs to develope a way to see if there is better type of return. Example: some years it might be better to file separate instead of jointly. In order to do that you must fill out a new return completely.
What's great about it: excellent and simple to use

i think the turbo tax program is a great and easy program to use its not that hard as long as you have all the info. i also tried to put the turbo tax software on my return but it didnt let me do it or get any thing back and couldnt put that i was renting but overall i would def reccommend this program to others
What's great about it: showed me how my refund went up and down as i filed
What's not so great: some questions was a bit confusing
