TurboTax makes the entire nauseating process of filing a tax return much more palatible! If you have good records, just enter the data when asked for. If you don't understand, there is help from the "canned" subject, and you can use live chat to talk with an expert about something you don't understand or need help with how to deduct somethingl.
What's great about it: The ability to go directly to a subject area without going thru the entire set of questions.
What's not so great: Some changes asked for confirmation of my action more than once, like deleting a charitable deduction.

Turbo Tax provides us with a quick and easy way to file our taxes. We have been using it for several years and it was recommended by our financial advisor.
What's great about it: Quick, Concise, Reassuring

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 8 years and have been able to complete by taxes easily and accurately. I like the additional information available if needed.
What's great about it: Step by step, leads you through the process.
What's not so great: None I can think of.

Feels So Good

This was my first time using Turbo-tax yet I am a returning user. My husband was the usual self-preparer but he died in 2012. Thus, I had the wonderful benefit of his having set everything up so very well thru Turbo-Tax. The program even accommodates his loss. I am a definite returning customer for 2014.
What's great about it: very, very user friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for 7 years now, and each year the product becomes more user friendly. We never worry if we have missed any deductions, or made mistakes that would get us audited.
What's great about it: Easy!Easy!Easy!

If you are intimidated by filling out complicated tax forms, TurboTax takes away the guesswork. By providing an easy-to-use interview technique, you simply answer the appropriate questions. TurboTax populates all of the needed forms and let's you e-file or print your return. If you've used the product before, you can import much of your information from last year's return, which reduces the amount of time it takes to complete your return.
I have used TurboTax for several years and highly recommend it!
What's great about it: Easy to use, simple follow-along instructions and added help if needed

Easy to use, yet thorough!

Excellent product! Easy to use, but it is thorough. Easy to go back to place where you were when you left off.
What's great about it: thorough, simple to use, easy to save and go back to place where I left off
What's not so great: takes a little while to upload updates, however, was due to internet speed

Always Excellent, Every Year

For 10 years, TurboTax has been helping me quickly maximize my tax return for a cheap price. Going through a divorce in 2012, It's vital that I be able to get SOME money back in taxes...and TurboTax helped me do just that. Stop paying people hundreds o dollars to do your taxes! use turboTax!
What's great about it: allows easy access to maximize crucial deductions
What's not so great: even TurboTax can't outmaneuver my ex wife's tax advatages
