Always Trustworthy

I love how detailed the program is. I have been using TurboTax for a long time and it has never let me down!

What's not so great: Can be a little long winded, but that is expected with taxes... ;-)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was lead step by step through the whole process.
I stopped a couple of times just to catch my breath but it was not difficult.

I am a repeat user of Turbo Tax. I like how the system keeps my previous filed information and fills in the blanks on the new years tax forms for me. The questions are easy to follow and guide me thru some complex tax questions.
What's great about it: easy to use

I love the ease that they made 2012 TurboTax. It imported everything perfectly and carried over some of the most tedious items. Thanks! I might be getting old though and would like an option to change view/font size of the questionnaire.
What's great about it: Easy

Manual Downloads of State Returns

I was unable to automatically download Federal and State returns. There was an option to manually download Federal. I was extremely disappointed that there was no option for State.

can't E-file Federal return!!!!

I am really not happy with Turbo tax this year!!! I have been using Turbo tax for 6 years and couldn't e-file this year due to tax credits for energy savings on my house. What kind of non-sense is that!!!!

Overall, Turbotax was a pleasure to work with. I would like for future versions to be able to access the Quicken files to make data entry even easier.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: would not access my quicken file (mac version) for data transfer.
