Had problems but corrected quickly!

Great product but I got bad disk and I called Turbo Tax for help and got Michael. He walked me through the problem and got
me on track in no time. He was very professional and responded quickly to my problem which was corrected and I
completed the work and filed the return. Give Michael
five stars for his good work. I was angry until I got him and now I am a happy customer!

What's great about it: It was so easy all I had to do was give the info
What's not so great: Had problem with Disc which was defective

Super Fast & Easy!

I loved using TurboTax. It was easy to use and Fast as well. I use TurboTax every year and I am never left feeling dissatisfied. I recommend to my friends all of the time!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, To-the-point,

Saved my butt!

Made me realize I rolled over my 401K into the wrong account when my refund due suddenly reflected big $$$ owed. I still had time to make the necessary recharacterization before the deadline.
What's great about it: interview format and carryover of prior years data

It too good.

It's too good. I now do the taxes for 5 friends and family members. I probably should tell them no but it's really pretty easy once yo have already done someones taxes in a previous year.
What's great about it: There is simplicity to it that makes it very easy to complete difficult tax returns.
What's not so great: some of the radio buttons have to be clicked again when you re-run though a section.

We were stoked about our Refund!!!

This was an enjoyable experience. I had a great deal of medical information for deductions and Turbo Tax guided me through. My husband and I are proud of our refund.
What's great about it: Consistent and detailed request for information, as well as review of federal and state documents.
What's not so great: N/A
