What's great about it: Easy, simple and the usage of clear language.
What's not so great: I wish they had 24 hour service reps to chat with if one had a question.

Quick and easy program that anyone should be able to do
What's great about it: eliminates the guessing game
What's not so great: hard to keep up with what I need each year and have ttouble transporting last years data into new one
