Excellent!

We have used Turbo Tax for years, very user friendly and great reminder questions to help guide you.
What's great about it: Love how it guides you through all the items one at a time. Very easy to follow and accurate!
What's not so great: None, have used it for years and very satisfied.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Finessed Me Through Frustration

On 3/13/13 Turbo Tax Tech Support spent over an hour with me helping me retrieve last years return locked in my Ipad. It wasn't even a Turbo Tax problem, but the man took time to help me so I could proceed to this years return without worries. Thank you sir, you were completely awesome. Filed this one with ease and confidence.
What's great about it: So easy to use and help is available if needed.

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. IT'S QUICK AND EASY, DOUBLE CHECKS YOUR RETURNS AND ABOVE ALL ACCURATE. I RECOMMEND TURBO TAX TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE WHO WISH TO DO IT YOURSELF.
What's great about it: POINT AND CLICK AND FREE STATE FORMS
What's not so great: NOTHING

Excellent. Easy to use. Well thought out. I've used MacInTax and later TurboTax for many, many years and have always found it exceptional. Over the years, bugs or annoyances that I have reported have been fixed by the next year. Each year that I have something new to report, following TurboTax's guidance I've found it easy to master the new form.
What's great about it: Very good guidance in EasyStep and Smart Worksheets
What's not so great: While the "Turbo Tax Help" from the "Help Center" button is good, I missed the direct linkage to the Fed Instructions
