Overall, doing taxes with Turbo Tax has become enjoyable. Instructions are easy to understand and not intimidating. The review catches anything that may have been missed. Great product.

Why Would I Go Anywhere Else?

No appointments to make, no sitting in a stuffy office, no need to even get dressed!! What's not to like? I've been using TurboTax for about 5 years and I love it. You don't have to be a tax accountant--TurboTax does all the work for you. If there is something you don't understand, there is help right there. Most questions can be answered by the little hints that are given for each category but there is live help available, too. I always recommend this product to my friends and family. Thanks for all the easy years of tax prep that you have given me.
What's great about it: Quick,complete, easy to use and I can do my taxes in my pajamas!
What's not so great: None at all

Love, love Turbo Tax!! I've used it for many years and always will.
Income tax time used to be a stressful time - NOT ANY MORE!! I love doing my taxes now with Turbo Tax - so easy!!

As Always a Fast, Accurate Way to Complete Returns

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years now and can't see using anything else at this point. The software just works...period. I get a free federal e-file and even though I could e-file the state it's easy enough to print the forms and mail them in. TurboTax has a nice easy instruction sheet for each return to help you understand just how to send it and what to send.
What's great about it: Easy Guide Interface, Great Help Notes, Accurate Processing

Overall, an enjoyable experience.
What's great about it: Keeps you focused so you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: Asked for addresses for charities. Had to look them up. Didn't need them for paper filing. Not big issue though.
