Taxes, yuck!

This software is safe, efficient and detailed in every way. It is fairly easy to use and answers your questions. It also reviews and looks for errors and even helps you fix the errors. It is alittle pricey but it is in line with other tax softwares and still cheaper than a preparer.
What's great about it: Easy, efficient and detailed.
What's not so great: I still think it is too expensive, but so are other tax software and they are still cheaper than a preparer!

Saved me time

I love TurboTax for importing my last year's information, for importing my Investment information, and by using ItsDeductible, it imports my charitable giving. Love it!
What's great about it: Imports investments
What's not so great: Seems like it did not save classifications - ie None of the above

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and will continue to do so. Turbo Tax has simplified the process of filing our returns.

Pleasant Results

I enjoy the ease of completing my own tax return each year. It empowers me, the individual taxpayer, to file on my own plus provide a proofreading/error check service for me as well. If I need help understanding anything that comes up during the process, there is online chat available with TurboTax. I appreciate the confidence I gain from filing with this easy-to-use program.
What's great about it: I enjoyed the ease of filing
What's not so great: having to pay more to file state taxes
