Overall great - I just had a hard time with the K-1 info (where to put everything -not 100% it's in the right spot..but its a small amount)
What's great about it: Great for importing all my stock trades!!! I had over 400
What's not so great: Hard with the K-1 ..could be easier
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I enjoy using the Turbo Tax product. however the updates don't always load. the option suggested by the solution checker in Turbo Tax is to manually down load, that works but the application still seems to get stuck on the startup due not be able to to check of updates. I remeber when Trubo Tax gave you a choice to check for updates. what happened to that concept?
What's great about it: quick and easy to use
What's not so great: Updates always required and make me crazy when they fail

Love Turbo Tax...available when I am ready to do my taxes...no appointment necessary!
What's great about it: Simple step by step process and remembers info from previous years.
What's not so great: Ads - several times additional services are offered for a charge

It is a very useful application to use. Even beginners can quickly get up to speed with medium complexity tax issues.
What's great about it: Clearing house for all of your important tax documents
What's not so great: Keep having to update.

We've been using Turbo Tax for years. It has been the best way for us to do our taxes. It is very user friendly and the support is very helpful when needed.

Easy enough in the questions department, but coming from doing my returns by hand, it would be helpful to see the return & applicable worksheets, being filled out, in a separate sidebar. Sometimes seeing where one is, in the book, helps.
What's great about it: Easy questions
What's not so great: Couldn't see the docs as I was building the returns.

The program is easy and user friendly

I've been a Turbo Tax user since 1994 and each year the program is easier to navigate. I have showed husband and grandchildren how to input data, save a file and PRINT the reports.
What's great about it: File transfer - No more retyping and no mistakes and affordable
What's not so great: This year's program had cliches in the State program
