Great program.

Great program, used it for years. Covers all the bases and leaves me feeling confident once I file.
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive, thorough
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Been using TT for >10 years and it meets all my needs. If you don't have a lot of complexity in your financial life, it can get you through the tax process without too much time, cost or pain.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not sure if I'm missing something

I believe there was a entry from the schedule K from an investment that I have that because of passive participation should go to Schedule E that Turbo Tax did not recognize.

Taxes are never fun to do. Being able to file taxes electronically makes it a little less painful.

Post-docs and grad students beware

If you're a grad student or a post-doc and receive fellowship or grant money, it was very difficult to figure out how to report that income. Online support was not very helpful either.
What's great about it: Easy for W2s, standard income
What's not so great: Difficult for non-traditional income sources
