I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember and wouldn't do it any other way.....
What's great about it: Fast and east
What's not so great: Cann't think of anything I didn't like

I am 36 and this is the first year I have ever done my taxes. We always went to a CPA. I will use Turbo tax from now on. Thank you for making this so easy

I like turbotax because of its thoroughness in asking every possible question to make certain that every possible advantage to the taxpayer is looked at and applied in favor of the taxpayer.
What's great about it: Liked the way TurboTax explored every deduction possible for me
What's not so great: Could not delete information that is no longer relevant

Overall a positive experience. I would like to see over years how the ease of the program works as this was my first time with Turbo Tax. I have taken a tax prep course and still found some of the sections confusing or really had to dig to find out if the section applied to me. I wish I could see the 1040 Form as I completed the sections to see where I was on the form and which section in Turbo Tax applied to which 1040 section as I was not always clear if I was providing the correct information. I was told I had to print one form and sign it yet I am not sure which form that is and it was not made clear at the end of the program as I e-filed.
I like that I can go in and out of the program, work saved and such. I like the explanations of the program and I think if I signed up for a user name and password that would be a positive for me as well. Online access to help would be great!
What's great about it: Decent guide through each section,
What's not so great: Language can sometimes be confusing

Refund

E transmission should be prorated. For instance my son's taxes was a $60.00 refund so I printed it versus pay $19.00 fee
What's great about it: Easy to find PIN
What's not so great: cost was higher to transimt than I thought

Taxes are Oh So EASY!

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and will never go to a professional tax preparer again. Why pay the big bucks when you can have your own expert on your home computer!
