Great software, use it every year
What's great about it: Always easy to use
What's not so great: Not on my return, but a family member had problems with Schedule K-1 showing double capital gains, needed to use overrid

2012 Returns

Turbo tax is an excellent too, easy to use, and gets your return done quickly. It imports information from the prior year PDF version of the return or from prior year history if an online version was used.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to use and fast
What's not so great: Software updates were slow this year

Multiple Filing Ease!

I have to file several non resident state filings and Turbo Tax made the process very easy through the import of federal information and calculations for the resident state filing.
Easy process!
What's great about it: Step by Step Process makes it easy!
What's not so great: Should discount multiple efilings
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have been using Turbo Tax for about 4 years and saving about $300+ a yr in tax preparations.
What's great about it: Very thorough & inexpensive
What's not so great: Can take time but worth the savings
