Very easy to use for a person filing single with little deductions/credits. Program walked you through step by step, and answered all your questions.

Concise interview questions walks you through the process in easy steps. What's amazing is that it fills in the tax forms for you so you avoid having to deal with the forms entirely.

Overall, a great aid to doing taxes! I'll be back for next year.
What's great about it: The way it 'walked me through' the information gathering part.
What's not so great: I couldn't quite get the forms/data I wanted to print as I wanted them to.

User Friendly

We have used Turbo Tax for 3 years now and wouldn't consider using anything else. So easy to start and stop, backup, make changes...very user friendly.
What's great about it: Easy to understand instructions and extra help..all the way through!
What's not so great: Definitions of some of the terms would be helpful.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
