Overall this was a good product that I will probably use again next year. Some improvements might be to change some of the words and explanations so that it's a little easier to understand some of the financial terms. Especially around the Education credits.
Another improvement would be to be able to more closely examine the other education credits, once the software bundles the credits it believes are the best for you.
What's great about it: Didn't have to physically go anywhere or talk to anyone
What's not so great: Some of the language was a little confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo tax is easy to use and understand. It guides you through the process and makes sure you get the maximum refund.
What's great about it: Easy to do, Good instructions and guidence

Great Product

We use Turbo Tax every year and I don't know why others pay so much more for other services. I like understanding how my taxes are being calculated without having to do all the math and fill out all of the forms myself. I also like the interview format and how the software helps us find deductions and credits that we wouldn't otherwise know about.
What's great about it: User friendly, Easy to navigate, Great price for the value

I've used TurboTax for many years now and am generally pleased with the results.
What's great about it: Menus flowed easily
What's not so great: I wasn't always sure where I was in part because it flowed quickly

Time and Effort

Sometimes painfully detailed, but after a few years you get numbed down to it. Can't think of anything missed, even after checking with a CPA.
What's great about it: This is a thorough tax program.
What's not so great: Takes some time and effort, but you leave with a feeling of security and money well spent.
