TurboTax to the rescue!

TurboTax makes something very painful much less so....as a long time user, being able to import last years information saves a TON of time.
The e-file process also makes life MUCH easier (no more running out to the post office last minute)!!!!

Another Year Finished

I like the program, like that it incorporates the previous year's information and ease of use, but I don't like that some answers aren't kept. They have to be selected again every time you go through the program, very frustrating.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Program doesn't keep some answers when you go back through

I love the software however, if I would have thought more about it I would have purchased the business edition.
What's great about it: Easy Guide is really an easy guide
What's not so great: a bit confusing if you are doing schedule C

Glad taxes are finally done!

I've used TurboTax for many years now except for one year when I had a more complicated tax situation but since then, I've gone back to using it again. It's very easy to understand and as long as you have all of your tax documentation in front of you, it's a breeze!
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate and understand
What's not so great: None

It will be better to select a menu for deductions

Not able to retrieve W-2 information on the main person but only on the second person as joint married. By placing control number and Employer ID and Wage amount then it retrieves W-2 information instead of typing everything manually. No 800 # or support over the phone to ask questions in regards your application or use on your application. Price keeps increase and only a low discount even for keeping business with your year after year.
What's great about it: E-File option
What's not so great: quite expensive
