I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for over 17 years and like the self-explanatory format that makes it simple and efficient. The feature for creating pdf versions of the forms and worksheets is very useful. The built-in It's Deductible module makes listing and valuing non-cash donations easy and quick to do.

overall good but finding forms to view while answereing was hard and processing fee not explained before choice how to pay. HAD DIFFICULTY WITH TRANSMITTING. online software kept ask ing to correct worksheets by removing information like ssn, zip, state, address; then add same information back on same worksheets.

Nice Program. Easy to Use.

Have used Turbo Tax for years and love how easy it is to use. Overall this years program is easy to use and is user friendly. Several of the topics this year are a little difficult to understand if you qualify or not, but the help menus answer these questions easily.
What's great about it: Very simple to understand
What's not so great: Some topics difficult to understand

For a person that primary language is Spanish doing taxes with Turbo Tax was easy and smooth. Totally surprised the refund I am getting this year!
What's great about it: easy to understand the terms and hints were very helpul.

Quick, easy, big returns

This goes really quickly and requires almost no thinking. Easier than taking your info somewhere and being charged an arm and a leg. We've used it the last two years and have been our two biggest returns.
