Excellent Adventure!

My third year using Turbotax!
I highly recommend TurboTax to everyone whether they are Internet savvy or of novice intellect. This is the best thing ever since the invention of Income Tax - Okay, a bit over the top, but you get my drift! Great ingenuity, Intuit! Thanks a million for helping me file my taxes in the convenience of my own home and for making my life a little less hectic.

What's great about it: Simple; quick, easy and great time-management. Love the graphics and explanatory symbols
What's not so great: None whatsoever!

It was very easy to do my taxes. The questions made it really easy and fast to file. There was bad advertised for the delux version you still have to pay to efile 1 state return.
What's great about it: very easy

Completed in less than an hour

From installation to e-filing, my returns were completed in less than an hour. No snags, no delays; perfect. I've been using Turbo Tax for about five years and the program gets better and better every year (even though it was great when I first started using it!!).
What's great about it: Fast, easy, direct instructions
What's not so great: Nothing to say here; everything is a "pro" -- no "cons"

Loved Turbotax!

This is probably the 6th or 10th time I have used TurboTax. I encourage all my friends and relatives to use it even if they have a complicated return because it walks you through everything I can think of. I am almost 65 years old and I've done taxes with my father since I was 13. I sure wish TurboTax had been available years ago cause it sure took hours to do those long returns by hand. Please keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Very easy working your way through step by step.
What's not so great: None - I totally liked it!

CA Ssame-Ssex Marriage

Come on.... you're a CA company with plenty of employees in Ssame-Ssex marriages/Domestic Partnerships. Really, this is the 3rd year and you still don't have this working right! I'm so very disappointed. Can we do better for 2013, please???
Also, I was unable to send this because my original title and text contained inappropriate language??? I had to change the wording to Ssame- Ssex marriage to make your silly system happy. Please correct this issue too.

a Walk in the Tax Park

Was really concerned about doing my taxes this year, had a lot go on and considered taking my taxes to a proffesional tax group. Decided to give it a shot so I could compare it to the tax groups work and realized by the time I was done I only needed Turbo Tax. They are all the professionals right there on your computer.
What's great about it: really easy, asked the questions in ways you can understand
What's not so great: Not even Turbo Tax keeps taxes from being a bit scary
