Love my Refund!

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. I have prepared tax returns professionally in the past so I really like being able to skip the step-by-step entry and go straight to data entry on the forms.
What's great about it: Direct access to enter data to the forms

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past few years and save money instead of using an accountant. It makes it easier not leaving the house and taking all related tax papers to someone and then to pick up the results and pay the big bucks. I know enough, with the help of Turbo Tax to do my taxes on my own.
What's great about it: Not toooooooo complicated.
What's not so great: Can always find the solution....eventually.

Makes it simple

I found it very easy to use, not complicated,though I use the fast/easy method. If I had kept receipts and so forth, might have gotten more back...I'll need to remember that for next year (I wish!)
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use, fast
What's not so great: it doesn't remind me during the year to keep all my receipts

Seemed more difficult this time.

Had a more difficult time navigating through the education sections in both federal and state. Did not state clearly enough what was meant for the deductions.
What's great about it: Great step by step prompts.
What's not so great: Seemed harder understanding the explanations this time. Is 3rd year for using turbo tax. Education section was difficult

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years and the product is better each year. User friendly interface and ease of entry makes it an excellent product.
What's great about it: Ease of use, very user friendly interface
What's not so great: Keeps insisting on State Tax when we do not have one in Florida

I always use Turbo Tax for my refunds I feel confident that each area is being addressed and I like tha it explains things I'm not always sure about. The easy e-file and fast returns don't hurt either!
What's great about it: Does error checks
What's not so great: State return should be free as well
