I have been using or more than 15 years it has been great....dont lik to switch any other tax software even if it is for free....
What's great about it: Easy, it always looks for updates, very user intuitive
What's not so great: nothing

Been using turbo tax for some 10 years now....much easier than long hand ! Easy even for a first timer!
What's great about it: Asks the right questions, year after year!

Easy to Use

Very good tool. Have been using it for many years and have found that it is very helpful in preparing our taxes. This year we are fully retired and it made the Social Security and pension input very easy. It also helped in preparing the estimated tax vouchers for both Federal and State. Overall- very pleasant experience for a task that for whatever reason seems ominous.
What's great about it: Easy to understand interface and data from previous years made preparation easy.
What's not so great: Takes a bit of time to start up.

Love this! easy to upload past info, tells you what you will, cacluations that come up help you see the impact of all your actions.

Super Fast, Super Easy!

Turbo Tax continues to make products that are easily understood, efficient, and effective to use. I'm glad I can rely on them to help me though what I consider to be an anxiety inducing task.
What's great about it: Gave me the right information when I needed it.
What's not so great: I don't know why everyone isn't using it...?

Tax refund

Turbo tax was very helpful with filing my return this year. I filed using this program while my sister hired someone to file hers. We found out that turbo tax would have gotten her about $6 more and it wouldn't have cost her the fee hiring out. My wife and I were very happy with how easy the return was.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: There were some areas that were confusing

Not Perfect, but pretty good!

I love this product. I did have trouble when I used the automatic importing feature to pull in 1099_DIV from my mutual funds. During the review process it had me go back in to load in "qualified dividends", then I found out that it had doubled up the entries, i.e. the dividend income was doubled. I am not sure how this happened. Could have been a bug or an error on my part. Being able to go back in and fix any part is a great feature well executed.
What's great about it: Navigation, especially in and out (while searching for paperwork that I thought I had) is really good.
What's not so great: Automatic features not error free.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Much improved section on high deductable health care accounts that use HSA.
What's great about it: very easy to use. much improved HSA calc section
