I have used turbo tax for the past 5 years and love it. Always so easy to use. I wish the gov't could figure out how to direct deposit so the fees were not so high. Usually when you direct deposit there are little or no fees because you are saving paper, stamps and envelopes as well as time.
What's great about it: it walks you through and checks everything
What's not so great: Bank fees for direct deposit. The seem a bit high.

Easy Breezy

Taxes can become complicated when itemizing deductions. Turbo tax is easy and allows me to save money and get it done at home.
What's great about it: turbo tax is so easy to use and I have relied on it for years and never had trouble.

I have been using Turbo-Tax for quite a few years & I will continue to do so. I think it's great & a lot cheaper than going to a tax preparation service. I get more information from TurboTax.

First time on, loaded TurboTax, left wondering what it was doing when an immediate flashing response of "LOADING" would help instead of a blank screen leading me to think maybe I didn't load it yet, thus pushing the LOAD button again. PLEASE HELP ON THIS ! THANKS !

I love using TurboTax to do my taxes. I have used TurboTax for years. You guys make it so easy to understand and so easy to file. Thanks for making such great tax software!
