2012 RETURN

I'VE BEEN USING TURBO FOR 10 YEARS. HAS SAVED ME LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY. I DO ALL MY FAMILIES TAXES AND THEY LOVE IT TOO.
What's great about it: QUICK, EASY,FAST,DETAILED
What's not so great: SOME TIMES HARD TO SKIP STEPS

You can GUESS how to "fix" it!!

Review found problems, but description of problems was gobbledygook ("Enter number on Line B of Simplified Method" - what's "Simplified Method", and on what form is "Line B"??).
While staring at the screen and swearing in frustration, I saw a small gray "See Form 1099-R Worksheet" box at the bottom of the page. The worksheet popped up in a narrow box. I found I could scroll the form, and eventually, I found a yellow-highlighted "Line B" box. The worksheet's text for the box explained Line B's purpose. Why the HECK wasn't that text included on the TurboTax's "fix" page?
What's not so great: How to "fix" is not obvious!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had no problem using this program because a monkey can use this software and benefit.
What's great about it: excellent and easy to use
What's not so great: none

I use this program every year and it has so much help and detail available there is no reason to pay exhorbant fees for someone else to do what took me 30 minutes.

Simple to use

Program is simpleto use. Imports last year's return effortlessly and compares last year to this year to prompt you through screens.
Great Program.
What's great about it: Easy to Use and Simple to check against last year!
What's not so great: Some fields left me a littl unsure

I like that if you need more understanding of a section of your return there is a brief explanation attached to each section.
What's great about it: Walks you through as thoroughly or briefly as you like.

Thanks to TurboTax, the days of spending hours painstakingly combing through forms, booklets and instructions are obsolete! Even with all the crazy tax law updates and constant changes, it only takes a few minutes beyond gathering your documentation!
What's great about it: Easy, painless and comprehensive
