Makes a nail-biting chore a lot easier

This is my second year of using Turbo Tax and it takes a lot of stress out of the process. I was able to find answers in the community forum on a question I had. I also like that it can be done in parts...you don't have to finish the whole thing in one sitting.
What's great about it: step-by-step procedure, simple directions
What's not so great: filing taxes

The program continues to evolve each year and it is easy to use. The only slow down I encounter is the time it takes me to be "intuitive". Probably an operator issue.

Best Tax Program Available

I've been using TurboTax for years and have always found it to be accurate. On several occasions TurboTax reminded me of deductions I had forgotten I had. Definitely the best do-it-yourself tax program on the market.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate between step by step and forms
What's not so great: Paying extra for State E-File

Easy Does It !

Used Turbo Tax for years and quite satisfied. Confused at end only because I was trying to e file Federal, but mailing State. Wouldn't let me do that. Nice refunds.
What's great about it: Easy entry mostly, quick calculation and wrap
What's not so great: Bit of uneven process at close, print and filing

Impressive

As a retired CPA, I am impressed with the completeness of Turbotax's input. It compared favorably with my firm's professional tax software. The handling of passive activity losses was done efficiently. The only glitch I encountered was the lack of a place to input out of state allocations for the New Jersey nonresident tax return. I have recommended Turbotax Deluxe to my friends and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Accuracy and flexibility
What's not so great: NJ nonresident return input was incomplete

Can't get much easier

Been using Turbo by Intuit for 5 plus years, works well, No PC lock ups or tech problems.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: No longer able to load Turbo tax on my older MAC.

Carrying data forward from prior years is extremely helpful, as is the certainty of knowing you have the latest changes for each form. Calculations are always accurate.
What's great about it: My tax return preparation is much faster and accurate with TurboTax.
What's not so great: Some questions change from year to year, so at times it is hard to determine if you're reporting consistently.

Anyone can use this software to obtain accurate results. Love the import features.

What's not so great: some of the help areas could have provided more information instead of generic definitions
