I have used Turbotax for many years and have found it an excellent, easy to use program that anyone can use. it is fast and accurarate. The only minor complaint I have is that the program should take you back to the page where you left off rather then the beginning. it's not a big deal deal be cause the major headings at top of the page will get you close.
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive,Quick

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years - I am always satisfied with the results - TT makes doing my taxes on my own possible - I used a professional preparer once, and, after seeing the results, I felt I could have done it myself just as well -
Hate to jinx myself, but never audited - everything aligns well each year, so I assume the IRS trusts that what they see is correct -
I'll be back again next year -

Have been using this for about a decade, couldn't ask for greater simplicity. Research and info readily available, import capability is awesome.

I have used TurboTax for 10 years or more and have been very satisified every year. I was able to easily complete my returns.
