I have used TurboTax for years and have not had a real problem any where. If I take the wrong direction in any area, TurboTax stops and re-directs me. Best part is every thing is easy to use. Leaves out no deduction, checks an re-checks before moving on.
What's great about it: Easy walk through on all subjects.
What's not so great: Couldn't find my last years filing.

Thankful for how EASY this is

I received a K-1 form this year and as I went through the process of Turbo Tax, I did not see it in any of my questions. I did a search and found directly where I was to input this information. Turbo Tax is easy, informative and cheaper than paying an accountant. Also, I can do it from my home at any hour when I have the time.
What's great about it: Cheaper than an accountant

2013 Refund

Turbo Tax is easy and efficient not to mention fairly cheap compared to having my taxes done professionally. Could be a little easier to understand for people who arent really savvy in this field but im not complaining and would definately recommend this to friends and family
What's great about it: Helps me get back the most money i deserve
What's not so great: Hard to work with when you have never done your taxes on your own before

I really like this way to do taxes. When I have had a tax preparer do it, its taken weeks and lots of money

This is the first year that I have done our taxes by myself, I couldn't be happier with the outcome, Turbo tax took me through every possible deduction to make sure we received the right amount of taxes back, I will definitely be getting Turbo tax next year
What's great about it: Detailed steps through every part, easy to understand
What's not so great: No cons
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
