Turbo Tax made filing my taxes quick and easy. Filing my taxes usually gives me a headache but not this year. I did them myself and it took less than two hours from start to finish. Also I love the fact that my data will be saved on the computer to access next year, saving me even more time.

Taxes made easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 + years and it always made doing my taxes easy. There were a few years that I did not like some of the changes in the software but year to year improvements were made. I've often though I'd try a different software but when it came to buying one I always picked up TurboTax.
What's great about it: Ease of use.

didn't like I had to keep answering N to buying expert help
didn't like the arrows at the top of the review page would not change and i couldn't move them.. what's with that
What's great about it: liked the order of progression

Don't Leave Home Without TurboTax !

* Wonderful "Help" screens if you have a question about a complex tax issue. You can even print the "Help" details if you need to research further.
* Terrific prompts such as "Are you certain the amount you entered in Box __ is correct ?"

Only Way to Go

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Some years for very complex filing, some years quite simple. The soft ware has continuously improved. With the exception of IRA rollover issue everything in Turbo Tax is easy and straight forward.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to follow on most issues.
What's not so great: Difficulty entering IRA rollover.

I have used turbo tax for the last 5 years and I have truly been impressed with this software. I will continue to use turbo tax in the future.

Doing taxes gets easier each year to use Turbo Tax...even with difficult life changes to deal with it is very usable!
What's great about it: Used financial imports for 1st time this year...what a time saver!

Very helpful tool

Have been using Turbo Tax software for many years.
The tax regs are very cumbersome to comprehend and without Turbo Tax I would have made many errors.
Also, the software is smart enough to look rof all possible deductions as long as you truthfully answer the prompts.

What's great about it: takes you thru step by step for all catagories
What's not so great: Did not prompt me to fill in direct deposit on state form
