It is still very easy to enter the minister's housing allowance two different places and have both show up on the Self Employment Tax (SE) form. Then it is hard to find where to remove one of them. A better warning needs to be made that the same amount is being place in the SE tax area.
What's great about it: Very thorough!
What's not so great: Housing allowance still confusing

This is the best software program (not just tax software) that I have ever used.

Turbo Tax Rocks

Overall my experience was very good. Most of the items from last year carried over just fine. A few items (like the Alt Min Tx) didn't so I had to go back to last years info for it. I really appreciate the help through Deduct-It and other fill in info from last year. The comparisons between last year and this year's deductions/income was very helpful--made me aware of differences or items I forgot, as well as gave me confidence that I was consistent.
What's great about it: Ease of entering data
What's not so great: Didn't carry over some totals from last year

2012 Turbo Tax

The program was very easy to use, but the speed was greatly decrease to prior years version.

Another good year

Easy to do both Federal and State. I use Turbo Tax to do estimates of the next years taxes and I review and modify through out the year. This gives me the ability to make informed tax withholding decisions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
