I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always had a positive experience which includes; ease of use, ease of installation, ease of automatic filing, accuracy guarantee, and low cost.

TurboTax takes the complicated job of filing income tax and breaks it into clear and easy to follow steps. TurboTax found things I didn't know, especially on the State return, and got me the maximum refund.
What's great about it: Fantastic job of stepping me through preparing my return.

Easier and Less Expensive to Use

Turbotax has helped me and my family members do our taxes for years - always making the complex job less complex - and saving us hundreds of dollars in preparation fees and errors.
What's great about it: As in previous versions, easy to use. Workflow is smooth and logical.
What's not so great: Not Turbotax's fault - US Tax law is complex. As good a job as Turbotax does to simplify it for us, it's still arcane.
