Quick & Easy

I liked the way the categories were grouped. Very easy to go back and review particular areas for clarification. My taxes are generally very straight forward and I wish I could get my folks to use the product, rather than paying someone to it for them. Unfortunately, they are not computer literate. Still, whenever I have the chance to talk up the product, I do. Doing taxes with this program has been a breeze...been using it for years. Can't imagine doing it any other way.
What's great about it: Easy Navigation through the steps. The layout of each category was much simpler than previous years. Not as cumbersome
What's not so great: I have no complaints

Made it so EASY

I used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years - always was easy to do - this if first time I have downloaded info from my finance company- I was amazed how quickly and accurately this was done - Another plus for Turbo Tax - I will certainly continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: downloading info from my finance company
What's not so great: can't think of anything

There are times when questons are asked that the software should know the answer - like do you have carryovers from the previous year. I have been using turbotax for years. I would like to see a comment added to the question that from using turbotax the previous year turbotax does know of any carry overs, but if there are special circumstances then indiacate so. It now appears that I need to look at last years return to see if there is a carryover when it was completed by turbotax.

TurboTax is Simple and Easy

I like TurboTax a lot, it is a very simple tool.
What's great about it: Simple user interface and good references for questions
What's not so great: Not able to have multiple TurboTax Windows open

The import feature for investment activity as well as dividend and interest information is a life saver for me. I had to hand enter this info in the past, and the import is a huge stress reliever.

Taxes complete!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now, and I will keep coming back because it makes the whole process very easy to complete. I don't have a lot of time to spend on things like completing taxes, and with Turbo Tax, I can count on the software to know what to look for and what questions to ask along the way. It definitely makes filing the federal and state taxes a very easy process.
