Titillating Tax Returns

Turbo Tax rocketed me through the tax filing process. It was easy to do, and I'll be getting a few grand back in my pocket. What can I complain about?
What's great about it: Super Easy
What's not so great: The IRS
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Takes the worry out of the process

Every year I seem to notice little improvements in how you enter data and how certain data entry situations are handled. I think any problems are at my end. I must remember to check areas which don't seem to apply to me. If I gloss over them, I could miss something.
I like doing my taxes myself because it keeps me aware of my financial situation. Its just as much trouble for me to gather my information and give it to someone as it is to simply do it myself with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Picks up last years data. Leads you through the process. Provides reality checks at the end.

Wonderful Program

Have used for years. Never a problem and an excellent tool for doing my taxes. Fast refunds and easy filling. Ability to use last years returns really shorten time to enter new data.
What's great about it: Fasr, Easy, Safe

Refused my address three times at the end but that was on the IRS website. Confusing interface with questions that had to be deciphered.
What's great about it: Electronic Filing, accuracy
What's not so great: Slow, redundant

Generally like previous Turbo Tax programs. Also like previous Turbo Tax programs you have to keep scrolling back and forth to follow each page of the program, tedious!

I LOVE TurboTax!! I use it every year. It eliminates the tax prep anxiety and covers deductions I wouldn't take if I was using paper forms. It EXPLAINS deductions so I know with certainty if I qualify for them. Thanks TurboTax!!
What's great about it: I like that it takes me through step-by-step. I don't feel like I'm forgetting anything
What's not so great: I didn't like that I waited so long to do it :=)

I like the ease of Turbo Tax. It seems to ask all the right questions to enable user to provide info to maximize their income tax filing, which is important to people who don't do income tax returns for a living.
What's great about it: Easy to use step-by-step
What's not so great: difficult to get some questions answered
